Prof. dr. ir. Bart Bossink Science, Business & Innovation I hold the chair of Science, Business & Innovation at the Faculty of Sciences, VU University Amsterdam. I obtained an M.Sc.-degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, and a Ph.D.-degree in Civil Engineering and Management (Twente University of Technology). My aim is to integrate applied science and concrete technology with the goals and measures of organizations and business. Key approach is that all technological invention - whether it is for example bio-technological, mechanical, or energy-sustainable - can and has to be seen in the context of commercialization, users and customers.
