Neither the author, nor CML, make any representation, or warranty,
either expressed or implied, with respect to the software programs,
its quality, accuracy or fitness for a specific purpose. Therefore,
neither the author, nor the Institute of Environmental Science, Leiden University,
shall have any liability to you or any other person or entity with respect
to any liability, loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused
directly or indirectly by the programs contained in this software.
This includes, but is not limited to, interruption of service, loss of data,
loss of classroom time, loss of consulting or anticipatory profits, or
consequential damage from the use of the program.
2. Terms of licence
For all use, the licence is free of charge. No re-licensing in any form or adaptation
is allowed nor any other form of further distribution.
3. Updates
Updates will be made upwardly compatible as much as possible. However, no
guarantee on updatability of old process data and case studies can be given.
4. Additional databases
Any data base added to the software by User requires a separate
licence from its provider. No involvement of CML is due for such actions,
even if the CML software actively supports the data conversions involved.
5. Help desk
There is no help desk support. Comments and suggestions for improvement are appreciated.
